All our staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding children. All staff training is regularly reviewed and staff are trained in new initiatives each year.
Debbie Wilson ASC Play Worker 

Debbie has got an NVQ level 2 in play work and supporting children’s learning, she is currently working towards her level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Debbie has completed her level 1 in Safeguarding training. Debbie works at breakfast club and after school club during term time.
Michele King
Pre-school/Toddler key person 

Michele has recently completed her NVQ Level 3 in the Children and Young Peoples Workforce. Michelle also works at our After school club.

Jodie Hardwick
 Pre-school/Toddler key person


Jodie has a level 3 NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. She has experience in working with all ages and was previously an Ofsted registered childminder.
Sam Read - Deputy/ASC Manager & Pre-school/Toddler room leader

Sam has recently achieved her Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies.  Sam is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and Behaviour Management Officer. Sam has completed many training courses, most recently a speech and language award through ELKLAN which aids her in fulfilling these roles. Sam plans to continue studying to gain her BA in Early Years Studies.

Julie Anderson- Proprietor/
Pre-school Room Leader/toddler key person


Julie is the pre-school/toddler room leader and key person. Julie has a NVQ level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Julie is the designated health and safety officer and has completed many courses in this area including  Safer Food Better Business and fire marshal. Julie has completed the courses Beginning with Babies and 2 year olds learning, playing and interacting. Julie is also the after school club manager. 

May Robins – Manager
Early Years Teacher


May is the manager of the nursery. May has completed her BA in Early Childhood Studies and is an Early Year’s Teacher. May is the designated Child Protection. May is also trained in Behaviour Management and is a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator. May has also completed the Beginning with Babies course. May is currently completing her level 3 Forest school leader training and looks forward to putting a forest school plan in place!!
